Orders and Discounts
Before completing your order, you can remove items from your cart by clicking on the [Remove] option below the ite section, and you can add new items by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button. Items cannot be added or removed after the order is complete.
Your cart is where all the items you love are held ready for purchase. A subtotal is available, as well as a total breakdown of cost.
Items will remain in your cart as long as they are in stock. If an item is out of stock it will automatically be removed, you can add it back once the item is back in stock or replace it with another item of your choice.

You can contact us via our support line or send an e-mail to support@modestalife.com with your transaction invoice showing that payment has been received from your account. Our team will solve the problem as soon as possible and help you.

If you have received a defective/damaged item and to avoid problems like this from repeating, contact us via our support email support@modestalife.com with a detailed explanation, "Order Number", full-size photo of the product, close-up photos of the defective/damaged area and a photo of the labels inside outside.

Ensuring that your order is delivered to you safely is one of our most important responsibilities:
When you receive your package from the courier company, check your package for any damage such as opening, tearing, crushing, or dampness.
If your package is damaged and the product(s) inside are missing, you may submit a Missing Mail search request at MissingMail.USPS.com within 7 days, and notify the company authorities of the situation.
If your package has been delivered to you undamaged, but the products/accessories in your order are missing; Contact us via our support line with your order information and the code(s) of the missing product(s) or send an e-mail to support@modestalife.com.
Unfortunately, we do not offer services for gift packages.
Return, Cancellation, and Exchange
We offer a 15-day window for requesting a refund on your purchase. Please note that while we provide this refund period to ensure your satisfaction, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We believe in transparency and fair practices, and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible. You can return physical products excluding sale items. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and our return policy covers most regular items in our inventory. However, please note that sale items may not be eligible for returns. If you have any questions about the eligibility of a specific product, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and they will be happy to provide you with more detailed information about our return policy and the items in question.
Unfortunately, promotional or free-of-charge items are non-returnable. We include these items as a token of our appreciation for your business, and they are not eligible for returns. If you have any concerns or questions about the free items in your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team, and they will be happy to assist you further.
Once your return package has been successfully delivered to our facility and the approval process is completed, we will promptly notify you and initiate the refund process. Here's how you can track the total refunded amount:
Review your bank account: The refunded amount will be credited to the same bank account that you used for your order with us.
Allow processing time: Please note that the time it takes for the total refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank's payment processing policies. This process typically takes up to 14 days, although it may vary from one bank to another.

After we receive your return package and the confirmation process is complete, we will inform you and proceed to the refund process. You will be fully refunded through the payment channel you've used. Depending on your bank's payment processing policies, it may take up to 14 days for your total refund amount to be reimbursed to your account.
For payments made with debit cards, it may take up to 28 days for the refund to be processed.
Once we receive your returned items, you will be informed by email immediately.
After your return package is delivered to us and the approval process is complete, we will notify you and we will start your refund process immediately.
Depending on your bank's payment processing policies, the reimbursement of your total refund amount to your account may take up to 14 days.
In any case, when your refund is not reimbursed to your account within 14 days after the return notification, we recommend that you consult your bank first.

We do not have a product exchange service. Based on our return procedures, you can return the product(s) you have purchased and create a new order. You can check our Return Policy for your returns and start your process with simple steps.
After completing your purchase, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer services, if the status of your order is as follows; "verification pending" or "preparing".
We cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.
You can only cancel your order before it is shipped. If your canceled order has not been shipped yet, the full amount paid, including the shipping fee, will be refunded.
You can place a new order of the items of your choice at any time as long as they are in stock. If they are out of stock, you can choose the 'Notify When Available' option.
Shipping and Delivery
For pre-ordered items, we estimated that these will be shipped within 3 to 6 months from the date that order is placed. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on various factors such as production schedules and logistics.
For regular orders, we anticipate that your package will be delivered within a timeframe of 5 to 7 days utilizing the USPS carrier for shipping. Please note that this estimated delivery period takes into account various factors such as the shipping destination, and any potential delays that may occur in transit. Rest assured, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in a timely and efficient manner, and we will provide you with tracking information to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
Our standard shipping fee is $15.
You will be able to track your order once you have received a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse. You can use the tracking number to see where your package is and the expected date of delivery thru the USPS Tracking page. We take pride in offering our products exclusively to customers across the USA. Before accepting the package from the delivery company, we recommend you check if it has been opened, torn, crushed, or soaked.
Each order is considered a separate shipment. There is no guarantee that orders placed at different times can be delivered at the same time.

Unfortunately, we don’t process payments by Credit Cards bonus points for now.

Your credit card information is not saved and cannot be viewed by third parties without your permission. All your personal information is protected by encryption and a secure connection is provided.
Unfortunately, we don't provide Cash on Delivery options at the moment. However, there are different payment-safe and convenient methods available.
