Return and Refund Policy

At Modesta, our primary goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is unworn, with the original packaging and tags intact. We offer hassle-free returns with no restocking fees.

Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. For damaged items, prepare a photo showing damage on the item.
  2. Send an email request to support@modestalife.com requesting a return or refund. Include the following:
    1. Attach close up of the damaged item
    2. Attach photo of the labels inside outside
    3. Order Number
  3. Wait for the email confirmation from the Support Team regarding review and approval of the request.
    1. For return & replacements, the email confirmation will include a prepaid return label which you will need to place on the package to be returned
    2. For returns only, you will need to pay for your own shipping
  4. Ship back the item to us and wait for our confirmation that the item has been received in our warehouse.
  5. Await for further instructions from our Support Team.

Shipping Costs: 

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase.

Time Limit:

Returns will only be accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame.

Damaged Items:

If you believe that your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue and find a satisfactory solution.

Free Shipping Returns:

If you received free shipping on your order and you are returning the entire contents of the order, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@modestalife.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to cancel it and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. In the case that your order has already been shipped, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping fees) once we have received the item(s) back and processed them at our warehouse.

Refund Confirmation:

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. If you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds or returns, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@modestalife.com.

Important Notes:
Please be aware that due to the limitations of electronic display devices, the color of the purchased product may differ slightly from what is shown on such devices. We cannot guarantee an exact color match in such cases.
Modesta reserves the right to deny an exchange, store credit, or refund if the returned item(s) do not meet the requirements outlined in our Returns and Exchange Policy. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the items for any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. If you encounter any such issues, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the problem and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Depending on your bank's payment processing policies, it may take up to 14 days for your total refund amount to be reimbursed to your account.

For payments made with debit cards, it may take up to 28 days for the refund to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank statement or contacting your credit card company for more information. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution. If you have any further concerns or inquiries regarding your refund, please contact us at support@modestalife.com.
